TJ'S LASAGNA 
1 box lasagna noodles
1/4 c. oil
1 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 lb. hamburger
2 (12 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 tsp. salt (for noodles)
1 lg. jar of Ragu spaghetti sauce
1 can mushrooms

Cook noodles in large enough pot to hold them without breaking them. Add oil and salt to water. When noodles are done, drain, and cool, laying them on waxed paper.

In the meantime, brown hamburger, drain; add seasoning, mushrooms and sauce. Mix. In large rectangular baking pan, arrange 1 layer of noodles to cover bottom. Add layer of hamburger mixture, top with more noodles and cheese. Alternate ending up with noodles and cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted. Serves 4.
