5 med. new potatoes, cooked & peeled
3 tbsp. sour cream
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. mustard
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
Salt & pepper to taste

Cut up hot potatoes in bowl. Add sour cream, mayonnaise and mustard. Stir well. Add Cheddar and Mozzarella cheese. Add salt and pepper. Can be served hot or cold.
