CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 whole chicken, stewed (take meat off the bone, save broth)
1 med. chopped onion (optional)
1/4 c. chopped celery (optional)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 sm. pkg. regular flavor Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix

Mix soup and sour cream well. Add chicken pieces (and onions, celery, if desired). Spread this mixture into greased casserole dish. Pour chicken broth over stuffing mix to make it moist. Spread it over top of chicken mixture. Bake for 30-45 minutes at 350 degrees.
