THREE CHEESE CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. ground meat
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 sm. can tomato sauce
1 tbsp. powdered sugar
12-16 oz. egg noodles
1 sm. carton sour cream
1 sm. pkg. cream cheese
1 tbsp. chopped chives
Grated cheese

Brown ground meat with salt, garlic salt and pepper to taste. Add stewed tomatoes, tomato sauce and powdered sugar. You can add a little chili powder if you like. Cook egg noodles. Mix in small bowl sour cream, cream cheese and chives; add to cooled noodles.

In 9"x12" dish put layer of meat then noodle mixture and top with lots of grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly. (I sometimes double cream cheese.)
