MONKEY BREAD | |
4 cans buttermilk biscuits (10 each) Pecan halves 2 1/4 c. brown sugar 1 1/2 tbsp. cinnamon 1 1/3 stick butter Spray bundt pan lightly with cooking oil. Put pecan halves in bottom. Cut biscuits in quarters and roll in mixture of 1 1/4 cup brown sugar and 1 1/2 tablespoon cinnamon. Drop in pan and sprinkle layers with chopped pecans. Melt 1 1/3 stick butter with 1 cup brown sugar until bubbly. Pour over biscuits. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. |
