FRESH CRANBERRY SALAD 
1 lb. chopped fresh cranberries
1/4 lb. miniature marshmallows
1 c. crushed pineapple

Blend and let stand for several hours in the refrigerator. About 30 minutes to an hour before serving, add:

1 c. confectioners' sugar
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Fold in 1 cup whipped cream (Cool Whip). Keep refrigerated. Excellent with Holiday meals. It sure will perk up a sandwich to have a serving of this along side. Freezes well and can be served frozen.
