FRESH CRANBERRY SALAD 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. fresh cranberries, washed and sorted
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 c. boiling water
3 pkgs. (small) orange gelatin
2 cans (11 oz.) mandarin oranges drained and cut in small pieces
1 c. chopped nuts
1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple, undrained

Grind cranberries, stir in the sugar to blend. Set aside. Dissolve gelatin in water cool until mixture begins to thicken. Add to cranberry mixture. Add oranges, nuts and pineapple, stir well. Pour in a 8 cup mold, lightly oiled, or 9 x 13 pan. chill overnight. Unmold on dish.
