FRESH CRANBERRY SALAD 
1 lb. fresh cranberries
1 2/3 c. sugar

Grind berries. Add sugar and let stand in refrigerator overnight. Two hours before serving, add:

2 c. diced celery
2 c. mini marshmallows
1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
1 pt. whipped cream

Stir well before serving. Approximately 20 servings.
