FRESH CRANBERRY RELISH | |
2 oranges 4 c. fresh cranberries 2 c. sugar 1/4 c. chopped walnuts Remove the orange layer of the peel of one orange and set aside. Peel and cut both oranges into sections. In a food processor or grinder, coarsely grind the reserved orange peel, oranges and cranberries. Stir in sugar and nuts. Chill for several hours before serving. |
