2 c. fresh cranberries 2 med. apples, cored 1 lg. banana mashed 1 c. no sugar crushed pineapple Artificial sweetener to equal 4 tsp. sugar or to taste In food grinder, grind cranberries and add apple. Add rest of ingredients and mix well. Chill before serving. Makes 4 servings (1 fruit exchange). |
