FRESH CRANBERRY RELISH (FOR
TURKEY)
 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. fresh cranberries (2 1/2 c.)
1 lg. red apple, cored, with peel
1 lg. or 2 med. oranges, quartered, pitted (leave some peel for extra tang)
1/2 c. honey

Pick over cranberries, remove stems, wash and drain. Place cranberries in food processor fitted with the regular blade. Begin grinding and alternately add pieces of apple and orange, then pour in honey. Continue grinding until the desired consistency is achieved. (I prefer it ground very fine.)
