FRESH CRANBERRY RELISH 
2 c. fresh cranberries
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. orange juice
1 orange peel, grated
1 1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. each cinnamon, allspice, cloves
1/4 c. broken pecans

Chop all ingredients, except nuts, in grinder or food processor. Do not use blender. Add nuts and mix well. Store in covered container in refrigerator. Keeps for weeks. Yields 3 cups.
