FRESH CRANBERRY RELISH 
2 sm. oranges
Artificial sweetener to substitute for 1 c. sugar
1 lb. (4 c.) fresh cranberries
2 tbsp. grated orange peel

Put oranges in blender or food processor with artificial sweetener and grated peel; mix well. Add the cranberries, a few at a time until all of the berries have been blended into the relish. Do not blend it too fine. Make several days before serving.

1 serving (1/4 cup) = free food; 18 calories.
