CINNAMON AND NUT SWIRL 
6 oz. lemon Jello
1/2 c. cinnamon candy
3 c. boiling water
2 c. applesauce
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Dash of salt
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. Helman's mayonnaise

Dissolve Jello and candy in boiling water. Stir in applesauce and lemon juice. Chill until partially set. Fold in chopped nuts. Beat cream cheese, milk and mayonnaise. Spoon on top of salad and swirl through to a marble effect. Chill until firm.
