PINEAPPLE "COOL WHIP" PIE 
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 can condensed milk (Eagle Brand)
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 lg. container Cool Whip
2 (9") baked pie shells

Mix together all ingredients. Pour into 2 (9") baked pie shells. Refrigerate before serving.

Should say graham cracker pie shells. I had this that someone else had prepared TOOOO GOOOD! Yummy! and light. Goes down way too easy!

This was good and I will make again. However, it tasted more lemony than pineapple.

Also, I would consider this a freezer pie, kept really cold and allowed to thaw a few minutes before serving

If you omit the lemon juice and add coconut rum its better and add a few chopped maraschino cherries.
