FILLED TANGERINES 
6 lg. tangerines (or med. oranges), save juice
1 pt. vanilla ice cream
2 tbsp. Kirsch, rum or brandy

Cut top off fruit (in one piece) and carefully scoop out the fruit. Clean "lid" and shell completely.

Beat all of ice cream (slightly softened) with 1/2 cup of juice from fruit until well blended. Add liquor. Fill shells of fruit evenly with mixture and replace the lids.
