YEAST BISCUITS 
2 pkg. yeast
3 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 c. warm water
2 tbsp. melted shortening
4 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. salt

Dissolve yeast and sugar in water. Add melted shortening. Stir in dry ingredients. Let rest 10 minutes. Roll out, cut and place in greased pan. Grease top with melted butter. Let rise for 30 minutes.

Bake in a 400°F oven.
