WILD RICE AND TURKEY CASSEROLE | |
2 c. cooked turkey or chicken, cut up 1 (6 oz.) pkg. seasoned long grain & wild rice 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/3 c. milk 1 sm. onion, chopped 1/2 tsp. salt 2 1/4 c. boiling water Mix all ingredients in ungreased 2-quart casserole dish. Cover and cook in 350 degree oven until rice is tender, about 50 minutes. Uncover and cook until liquid is absorbed, 10 to 15 minutes longer. 6 servings. |
