WILD RICE HOTDISH 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. long grain wild rice
3 1/2 c. cooked chicken (or turkey)
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained (reserve liquid)
1/4 c. soy sauce

Cook rice according to package directions. Add water to reserved liquids to make 1 cup. Combine all ingredients and spoon into a baking dish (3 quart). You may cover the dish with 3/4 cup bread crumbs and 2 tablespoons melted butter, if you wish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Makes 8 servings.
