CHICKEN WILD RICE CASSEROLE 
1 c. wild rice (add 2 tbsp. lemon juice to the water)
1 c. celery
2 sm. onions, chopped
Sm. can mushrooms
1/2 c. water chestnuts
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
1 c. water
2 c. diced chicken (can use turkey)

Mix together. Pour in a greased baking dish. Top with crushed corn flakes. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
