WILD RICE & CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 c. wild rice
1 env. onion soup mix
1 can mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. celery
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
14 oz. can sliced mushrooms
1 c. milk
Salt & pepper

Wash rice and put in casserole. Pour 2 quarts boiling water over rice and let stand 15 minutes. Drain. Add other ingredients, put in 9"x13" pan (greased). Remove skin from chicken pieces and place raw pieces over mixture. Cover and bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 350 degrees. Add more milk or water if necessary. May remove cover last 1/2 hour to brown chicken.
