1 box cake mix with pudding (chocolate, yellow or white)
2 eggs
1 stick butter, melted

Mix well (will be very stiff). Press into a greased 9x11 inch pan.

1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
2 eggs
1 box confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat the cream cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla together and spread on top of cake mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
