CARROT BREAD | |
3 eggs 1 1/2 c. sugar 3/4 c. oil 2 3/4 c. flour 1 3/4 tsp. baking power 1 tsp. baking soda 1/4 tsp. salt 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1 1/2 c. carrots, shredded Mix eggs, sugar, and oil. Sift dry ingredients and add to wet ingredients. Add carrots. Grease loaf pan and line with wax paper. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour 20 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes and remove from pan. |
