SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. white sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1/3 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla

TOPPING:

1 c. chopped pecans
1/3 stick butter, softened
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. flour

Wash sweet potatoes, cook in water until well done. Drain and remove peeling. Mash potatoes mix in other ingredients. Pour in long casserole dish.

Mix ingredients for topping and sprinkle over potatoes.

Bake in preheated oven 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
