CRABMEAT AND BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 lb. broccoli, cooked
1/2 lb. fresh crabmeat, picked over and flaked
1 c. sour cream
Salt and pepper
1/4 c. chili sauce
1 sm. onion, finely chopped
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp. grated lemon peel

Cook broccoli until tender, drain and break into small pieces. Combine with all other ingredients. Transfer to a small, shallow, buttered casserole and bake at 350 degrees 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and top is browned. 4 servings.
