CRAB AND SPINACH CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach
1 lb. crabmeat
1 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
1 c. chopped onions
1 can tomato paste
1 c. sour cream
Dash nutmeg
Salt and pepper

Thaw spinach. Grate cheese. Start with layer of spinach, then onions, then crab, then cheese. Add nutmeg, salt and pepper. Repeat once again. Refrigerate. When ready to bake, put mixture of sour cream and tomato paste on top. Bake 45 minutes in 325 degree oven. Serves 4.
