SPINACH - BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. frozen spinach
1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom or celery soup
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
French onion rings
2 med. tomatoes, peeled and quartered

Cook spinach and broccoli. Add 1 teaspoon vinegar to each. Add salt and pepper to soup. Fold in spinach and broccoli. Put in flat buttered baking dish. Arrange onion rings and tomatoes on top. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 minutes or at 250 degrees for 45 minutes.
