SPINACH AND BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped spinach
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli
1 pt. sour cream
1 env. dry onion soup mix
Grated Cheddar cheese

Cook spinach and broccoli together and drain well. Mix the sour cream and onion soup together and stir into the vegetables. Place in 9x13 inch greased baking dish and top with grated cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes. Serves 10-12.
