SPINACH AND BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
4 boxes chopped broccoli (2 bags), cooked and drained
4 boxes chopped spinach (2 bags), cooked and drained
6 eggs
3 cans single cream of mushroom soup
1 can beef consomme
1 env. white sauce
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
Chopped dried onion or 1 sm. onion, chopped

Combine all ingredients, veggies last. Bake for at least 1 hour at 350 degree in covered buttered casserole. Serves 20.
