CRABMEAT CASSEROLE 
1 c. Minute Rice, uncooked
8 oz. crabmeat (or mock crabmeat)
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. water
Dash of Tabasco sauce
1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained & rinsed
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms with liquid
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheese Whiz

Mix ingredients together and put in greased casserole. Bake uncovered. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Serves 6 generously.
