CRAWFISH OR CRABMEAT CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. crawfish or 1 lb. crabmeat
1/2 stick butter, melted
1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 can golden cream of mushroom soup
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. evaporated milk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni
Salt and pepper, to taste
Sliced cheese

Boil macaroni; drain and combine with all other ingredients. Pour into a buttered baking dish. Bake at 300 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. Top with slices of cheese and continue baking until cheese is melted.
