CRAB CASSEROLE 
1 c. backfin crabmeat
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 c. milk
Dash of mustard
Dash of horseradish
1/2 c. butter
1 c. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. flour

Combine all ingredients except 1/2 cup of bread crumbs. Save those and place on top of casserole. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
