SAVORY SPINACH CASSEROLE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
3 slices bacon, fried & crumbled
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. minced onion or scallion
2 tsp. horseradish
Salt to taste

Cook spinach until barely done (I microwave it in the box); drain thoroughly. Add cream cheese and stir until blended. In greased 1 quart casserole combine spinach, bacon and other ingredients. Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees until thoroughly heated. 4 servings (can easily be doubled).

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
