HERBED POTATOES 
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. dried oregano leaves
1/4 tsp. dried thyme leaves
1/4 tsp. dried marjoram leaves
3 lg. or 4 med. size potatoes, sliced thin
2 med. size onions, sliced thin

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 2 to 2 1/2 quart casserole. Mix butter, salt, pepper and herbs in a large bowl. Add potatoes and onions and toss until vegetables are well coated. Turn into prepared casserole dish. Cover and bake one hour or until potatoes are tender. Serves 4.
