BAKED HERBED POTATOES 
8 c. diced potatoes
1 onion, minced
1 c. minced celery leaves
1/3 c. chopped parsley
1/3 c. melted butter
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. poultry seasoning

Cook potatoes in small amount of boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain. Add remaining ingredients, mix well. Bake in baking dish at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
