BAKED POTATO WEDGES | |
1 baking potato Corn oil Herbs & spices Scrub a potato. Dry. Cut lengthwise into 6 wedges (like a dill pickle spear). Brush the cut sides of the potato with oil. Place on a baking pan and dust cut sides with garlic powder, oregano, mustard powder or any appealing herb. Bake at 450 degrees until tender, about 30 to 40 minutes. Makes 6 wedges. |
