HERBED POTATOES 
2 med. baking potatoes, 12 oz.
1 sm. onion, thinly sliced (1/3 c.)
4 or 2 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. dried basil
Oregano or tarragon, crushed
Shallow microwave dish or Tupperware stack cover

Slice potatoes about 1/4 inch thick. Arrange potato and onion slices in the cover, placing smaller pieces in the center. Combine 4 tablespoons water, the butter and herb; pour over vegetables. Stack and cook, covered with waxed paper, as directed. Stir before serving. Makes 4 servings (small).

May be cooked separately using 2 tablespoons water. Cover and cook on 100% power (high) for 10 to 12 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
