APPLE CRUMB CAKE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
3 c. flour
3 eggs
1 1/2 sticks butter
2 cans Comstock apples

CRUMB TOPPING:

3 c. flour
1 c. sugar
3 sticks butter
3 tsp. cinnamon

Mix all top ingredients until crumbly then spread in a greased baking pan, 11 x 17 inches. Dot 2 cans of Comstock pie filling over the mixture. Make runs with knife until crumbly. Make large crumbs on top of apples. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes. Let cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar. Put in refrigerator for a few hours before serving.
