OATMEAL BREAD 
2 c. oatmeal
1/4 c. molasses
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. oil
2 pkgs. dry yeast
8 c. whole wheat flour

Mix first 5 ingredients together. Add 2 cups boiling water; mix until smooth. Add 2 cups warm water and 2 packages dry yeast; mix until smooth. Add 8 cups whole wheat flour. Mix. Leave in bowl; let rise (about 40 minutes). Knead; shape. Grease 3 loaf pans with pam. After putting in pans, let rise about 10 to 15 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
