OATMEAL TEA BREAD 
TOPPING:

2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. chopped pecans
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

BREAD:

1 1/4 c. sifted flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. quick cooking oats
1/2 c. raisins
1 1/4 c. canned sweetened applesauce
1/3 c. Wesson oil
2 eggs
1/4 c. milk

Prepare topping and set aside. Grease and flour a 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan. In a large mixing bowl, sift together dry ingredients. Stir in oats and raisins. Beat applesauce, oil, eggs and milk together. Make a well in the center of the flour mixture. Pour applesauce mixture into the well and stir only until dry ingredients are thoroughly moistened. Pour batter into prepared pan and sprinkle with the topping. Bake in a 350 degree oven until tester comes clean, 55 to 60 minutes.
