2 Polish ham slices, 1/2" thick
3 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
Apple rings
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 c. croutons
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. finely diced unpared apple
2 tbsp. orange juice

In saucepan, cook onion and green pepper in 2 tablespoons butter until tender. Add croutons, apple, poultry seasoning, salt and pepper. Slash edges of ham slices at 2 inch intervals. Place 1 slice in greased shallow baking dish. Top with stuffing and remaining ham slice.
