TACO SALAD 
2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/4 c. taco salsa
1 head lettuce
2 med. tomatoes, diced
1 tbsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. seasoning salt
1 can refried beans
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 lb. bag nacho flavored tortilla chips, crushed

Brown ground beef well and drain off excess grease. Add tomato sauce, salsa, chili powder and seasoning salt. Simmer while you wash and break up lettuce and warm refried beans. Place lettuce leaves on plate and top with crushed chips. Then add meat sauce and top with refried beans, tomatoes, cheese, sour cream, and additional salsa.
