MAW GOODS' GINGER SNAPS | |
3/4 c. shortening 1 c. sugar 1 egg, slightly beaten 1/4 c. molasses 2 c. flour 2 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. ginger Roll in balls and then in granulated sugar; place on cookie sheets. Place balls 2 to 3 inches apart. Cookies will flatten while baking. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes. |
