ROYALE CHEESE CAKE 
CRUST:

1/2 box graham crackers, crushed
1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix together and bake at 300 degrees for 5 minutes in a spring-form pan. Cool.

FILLING:

2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 box egg beaters or 4 eggs
1 pt. light sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon juice
4 egg whites

Cream cheese and sugar; add eggs and blend. Stir in sour cream, vanilla, and lemon juice. Fold in beaten egg whites. Pour in crust. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour. Turn off heat, leave in oven another hour with door closed. Open door and leave in 30 minutes more. Chill.
