CHICKEN 'N WINE ROLL UPS 
3 lbs. boneless chicken
1/4 lb. Swiss cheese
1/4 lb. boiled ham
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. white wine
Salt and pepper to taste

Pound chicken into cutlets. Put one slice of cheese and one slice of ham on chicken. Roll up and secure with toothpick.

Put chicken roll ups in casserole dish. Combine soup and wine in pan and warm slightly. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle with nutmeg, salt and pepper. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
