CHICKEN OLIVE BOATS 
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. evaporated milk
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese (4 oz.)
2 c. chopped cooked chicken or 1 c. chopped Spam or ham
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. instant minced onion
1/2 c. sliced pimiento stuffed olives
Brown & serve rolls

Melt butter, stir in flour. Remove from heat, stir in milk, cook until thickened. Remove from heat, add cheese, stir until melted. Add meat, olives, mustard and onions and mix well. Hollow out rolls, leaving 1" wall on breast side and bottom. Place on a cookie sheet. Put mixture into rolls. Bake until golden brown in 400 degree oven. Watch carefully.
