BARBECUED SPARE RIBS 
4-5 lbs. spare ribs
2 onions, minced
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. red pepper
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 c. catsup
1 1/2 c. water
Brown sugar

Mix together. Salt and pepper ribs and put in hot oven to drain off fat. Then cover with brown sugar and pour sauce over ribs. Cover and bake for 3 hours at 350 degrees. Uncover for last half hour.
