BARBECUED SPARE RIBS 
3 lbs. spare ribs
1 c. ketchup
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. celery seed
1 c. water

Cut ribs into serving pieces and place in a roasting pan. Combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Pour sauce over meat and roast for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Baste several times during baking time.
