BARBECUED SPARE RIBS 
4 lb. spare ribs
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. onions
1 c. water
1 c. ketchup
2 tbsp. white vinegar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt

Brown ribs in skillet, remove fat. Simmer onions until brown. Add all ingredients. Simmer 20 minutes. Cover with sauce and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
