QUICHE 
3/4 c. mayonnaise
3/4 tsp. salt
3 eggs - beaten
1/3 c. milk
3 tbsp. white wine
8 oz. pkg. Swiss cheese - grated
2 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. chopped ham
2 c. chopped green onion
9 inch unbaked pie shell

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine mayonnaise, milk, salt, eggs and wine; mix well. Toss cheese with flour. Add cheese mixture, ham and onion to mayonnaise mixture; mix well. Pour into pie shell. Bake 45 minutes.
